The Chairman of the Ondo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (OSOPADEC), Prince Biyi Poroye, has congratulated the First Lady of Ondo State, Mrs. Oluwaseun Aiyedatiwa, on the occasion of her birthday, describing her as a woman of humility, resilience and unwavering commitment to service.
